Where To Film (hereinafter referred to as " Where To Film ", "we", "us", or "our") provides an online platform that allows you (the “User” or “you”) the ability to view various types of locations and venues, click on each location or venue, and read details provided about the products (collectively, the "Services"), which Services are accessible at www.wheretofilm.com, any of its sub-pages, and any other websites through which Where To Film makes the Services available (collectively, the "Website"). By accessing our Website and/or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these terms and conditions of Service ("Terms"), which you acknowledge to have read and understood, whether or not you become a registered user of the Services. These Terms regulate and govern your access to and use of the Website and Services, and constitutes a binding legal agreement between you and Where To Film.
Restriction on Use Trademark and Intellectual Property Rights
The Website contains, or may contain, including but not limited to, information on locations and venues, services, images, information, illustrations, logos, software, photographs, audio and video clips, graphics, links and other material collectively, called the "Content" that are protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights, owned or controlled by Where To Film, the Website, third parties or their respective owners or licensees. All Content contained in the Website is copyrighted as a collective work of Where To Film pursuant to applicable copyright law. This material is for personal use only and you agree to comply with any use and other restrictions contained in any Content available on or accessed through the Website. You must access the information manually by request and not programmatically by macro or other automated means. You may not use the contents for any unlawful or commercial purpose.
Except as expressly permitted with written approval by Where To Film, no part of the information available from the Website may be copied, photocopied, licensed, republished, reproduced, posted, alerted, broadcasted, distributed, displayed, translated or redistributed in any way, nor can it be exploited, used to create derivative works, or reduced to any electronic medium or in any other manner not herein stated, in whole or in part, without the prior written approval of Where To Film or its third-party providers. You may not incorporate any Content, in whole or in part, by framing, by mirroring, or any other method into another website.
Reliance on Images and Suitability
Although effort has been taken to ensure that images and particulars presented on the Website, are accurate and up-to-date, the viewable images in the location library are no guarantee of the condition of the location or that the color scheme or furnishings remain the same. Therefore, Where To Film disclaims (to the fullest extent permitted by law) all liability and responsibility arising from any reliance placed on such materials by any visitor to the Website, or by anyone informed by any of its Contents.
Copies or extracts of pages from the Website may be downloaded or printed for your own non-commercial, personal or professional use and for reference only. Material on the Website must not be used for external commercial purposes nor edited or altered in any way.
Where To Film strongly advises that the location is visited by a representative prior to the shoot taking place to establish first-hand the suitability and availability of the location. Where To Film, any appointed agent or the location landlord cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience caused by the unsuitability of the location.
It is the responsibility of the hirer to ascertain whether the location requires any additional permissions (and if so, that these are in place prior to the shoot taking place), be it in relation to areas adjacent to the location, from the local authority or other third parties, in order to facilitate the shoot.
Responsibility for the obtaining of permissions, notification of relevant authorities, and the notification of neighbors, rests entirely with the hirer. We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the hirer or the location landlord as a result of the hire, or the cancellation by the hirer.
Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall Where To Film be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential losses or damages as a result of the Services, the Website or the information contained on the Website. This includes without limitation, attorneys' fees, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, that result from the use of, or the inability to use, any picture, link, image or services available on the Website, even if Where To Film has been advised of such damages. Where To Film shall not be liable in any manner of any products or contents displayed on the Website. Where To Film shall not be liable if the products or contents displayed on the Website were defective, broken, inoperable, disabled, exhausted, faulty, imperfect, non-functional, wrecked or unsatisfactory in any other manner. If you are dissatisfied with any product, services, information, or with any of the terms and conditions contained in the Website, your exclusive and only remedy is to discontinue using the Website.
Non-confidential Information
Should any user of the Website respond by submitting information, feedback, data, questions, comments, suggestions, techniques, concepts, essays, know-how, ideas or the like including personally identifiable information such as name, address, telephone number, email address, or other information, such information shall be deemed to be non-confidential. All submissions, information and correspondence as stated above, shall become the property of Where to Film, and Where to Film shall have no obligation of any kind with respect to such information and you agree to grant to Where To Film a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use in any manner deemed acceptable. Said use may include but not limited to; transmit, publicly display, reproduce, advertise and distribute such information. You agree that you shall have no recourse against Where To Film for any alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any proprietary right in your communications to Where To Film.
Definitive Agreements
Once a location has been booked, Where To Film will send you Service Agreement, Agreement with the location landlord and any other documentation that set out, amongst other things, rental fees, our fees the rights and obligations surrounding the use of the location, the images taken and the rights of the Agent, the location owner and the hirer.
Any person signing the Service Agreement must be validly authorized to do so and anyone knowingly misrepresenting themselves to be so authorized, you will be liable for any damage or loss suffered by the Where To Film and/or the location owner.
The location will be officially booked once You sign all agreement and return signed copy to Where To Film.
Severability
If any part of these Terms are determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall continue in effect.
Amendments
Where To Film reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the terms and conditions for any changes. Such modifications, amendments or deletions shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Continued use of the Website following any such changes will be interpreted as acceptance to such changes by yourself.
Governing Law
These Terms will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. All disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Website shall be exclusively heard by the courts of Central Amman (Palace of Justice), Jordan.
No part of these Terms may be copied, duplicated, retransmitted, reposted, in whole or in part, or otherwise used without the express prior written approval of Where To Film.

الاعتماد على الصور والملاءمة

حيث ينصح Where To Film بقوة بزيارة الموقع من قبل ممثل قبل التصوير لتحديد مدى ملاءمة وتوافر الموقع. في حالة التصوير، لا يمكن تحميل Where To Film وأي وكيل معين أو مالك الموقع المسؤولية عن أي خسارة أو ضرر أو إزعاج ناتج عن عدم ملاءمة الموقع.
تقع على عاتق المستأجر مسؤولية التأكد ما إذا كان الموقع يتطلب أي أذونات إضافية (وإذا كان الأمر كذلك، أن تكون هذه الأذونات موجودة قبل التصوير)، سواءً فيما يتعلق بالمناطق المجاورة للموقع، من السلطة المحلية أو أطراف ثالثة أخرى، لتسهيل عملية التصوير.
تقع مسؤولية الحصول على الأذونات وإخطار السلطات المختصة وإخطار الجيران على عاتق المستأجر بالكامل. ولا نكون مسؤولين عن أي خسارة أو ضرر يتكبده المستأجر أو مالك الموقع نتيجة للتأجير، أو إلغاء بواسطة المستأجر.
حد المسؤولية
لا يكون Where To Film تحت أي ظرف من الظروف مسؤولاً عن أي خسائر أو أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تأديبية أو خاصة أو تبعية نتيجة للخدمات أو موقع الويب أو المعلومات الواردة على موقع الويب. ويشمل ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، أتعاب المحاماة ، سواءً بموجب عقد أو إهمال أو أي عمل آخر ملتوي، ينتج عن استخدام أو عدم القدرة على استخدام أي صورة أو رابط أو صورة أو خدمات متوفرة على موقع الويب، حتى لو تم إعلام Where To Film بمثل هذه الأضرار. ولا يكون Where To Film مسؤولاً بأي شكل من الأشكال عن أي منتجات أو محتويات معروضة على موقع الويب. كذلك لا يكون Where To Film مسؤولاً عن المنتجات أو المحتويات المعروضة على موقع الويب تكون معيبة أو مكسورة أو غير صالحة للعمل أو معطلة أو مستنفدة أو بها خطأ أو ناقصة أو غير عاملة أو محطمة أو غير مرضية بأي طريقة أخرى. وإذا كنت غير راضٍ عن أي منتج أو خدمات أو معلومات أو عن أي من الشروط والأحكام الواردة في موقع الويب، فإن العلاج الحصري والوحيد لك هو التوقف عن استخدام موقع الويب.
معلومات غير سرية
في حال رد أي مستخدم للموقع بإرسال معلومات أو تغذية راجعة أو بيانات أو أسئلة أو تعليقات أو اقتراحات أو تقنيات أو مفاهيم أو مقالات أو دراية أو أفكار أو ما شابه بما في ذلك معلومات التعريف الشخصية مثل الاسم والعنوان ورقم الهاتف وعنوان البريد الإلكتروني أو معلومات أخرى، فتعتبر هذه المعلومات غير سرية. تصبح جميع التقديمات والمعلومات والمراسلات كما هو مذكور أعلاه ملكاً لـ Where To Film، ولا يقع على Where To Film أي التزام من أي نوع فيما يتعلق بهذه المعلومات وأنت توافق على منح "Where To Film" رخصة غير حصرية خالية من رسوم الانتفاع ودائمة في كافة أرجاء العالم للاستخدام بأي طريقة تعتبر مقبولة. وقد يشمل الاستخدام المذكور على سبيل المثال لا الحصر؛ نقل هذه المعلومات وعرضها علناً وإعادة إنتاجها والإعلان عنها وتوزيعها. كما توافق على أنه لن يكون لك الحق في الرجوع على Where To Film لأي انتهاك أو اختلاس مزعوم أو فعلي لأي حق من حقوق الملكية في اتصالاتك إلى Where To Film.
اتفاقيات نهائية
بمجرد حجز الموقع، سيرسل لك Where To Film اتفاقية خدمة واتفاقية مع مالك الموقع وأي وثائق أخرى تحدد، من بين أمور أخرى، رسوم الإيجار ورسومنا والحقوق والالتزامات المرتبطة باستخدام الموقع والصور الملتقطة وحقوق الوكيل ومالك الموقع والمستأجر.
يكون أي شخص يوقع على اتفاقية الخدمة مفوضاً بشكل صحيح للقيام بذلك وأي شخص يدعي كذباً عن معرفة أنه مفوضاً بذلك، تكون مسؤولاً عن أي ضرر أو خسارة يتكبدها Where To Film و / أو مالك الموقع.
يتم حجز الموقع رسمياً بمجرد توقيعك كامل الاتفاقية وإعادة نسخة موقعة إلى Where To Film.
استقلالية النصوص
إذا تقرر أن أي جزء من هذه الشروط غير ساري المفعول أو غير قابل للتنفيذ وفقاً للقانون المعمول به، يتم اعتبار الحكم الغير ساري المفعول أو الغير قابل للتنفيذ مستبدلاً بحكم ساري المفعول وقابل للتنفيذ يتطابق بشكل وثيق مع غرض الحكم الأصلي وتستمر بقية هذه الشروط والأحكام سارية المفعول.
التعديلات
يحتفظ Where To Film بحقه في تغيير هذه الشروط في أي وقت. أنت مسؤول عن مراجعة شروط وأحكام أي تغييرات بانتظام. تسري هذه التعديلات أو التحويرات أو الحذوفات فور نشرها على موقع الويب. ويفسر الاستخدام المستمر لموقع الويب بعد أيٍ من هذه التغييرات على أنه قبول منك لهذه التغييرات
القانون واجب التطبيق
تخضع هذه الشروط وتفسر وفقاً لقوانين المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية. وتنظر جميع النزاعات الناشئة عن أو المتعلقة باستخدام موقع الويب حصرياً من قبل محاكم وسط عمان (قصر العدل)، الأردن.
لا يجوز استنساخ أي جزء من هذه الشروط أو نسخه أو إعادة إرساله أو إعادة نشره، كلياً أو جزئياً، أو خلافه استخدامه دون الحصول على موافقة خطية صريحة مسبقة من Where To Film.
